LED Headlight Adjustment

hoping someone can help, my vans on air and at a low cruising height if I’m stuck in traffic and pull forward it flicks the headlights up and pretty much flashes the car in front. Also found driving around it’s going up and down all the time. Found quite a bit information about adjusting them...

Ads, thankyou very much!... a wealth of interesting information on this thread, and alot of it, way above my pay grade.haha...but alot to learn, and from the best of course.
I'll do some research and work using this information over the next fortnight as I'm off.
I'm wondering, if it'd be wise to take it to either a VW dealer/service/mot Centre, or a T6.1 campervan professional, if only to get these things inspected too...I'm in the North East.

It might be worth posting a pic of the front of your van so that we can confirm that they are indeed factory LED headlights. Just in case your conversion company have fitted some sort of aftermarket LED headlights.

Best to pop in to a local MOT station and check the headlight aim on the beam tester. It literally takes seconds to check.

There is a chance the headlight aim hasn't been setup correctly and needs a quick tweak. Depending on how the beam is aimed, should alert the person checking it whether it just needs a little adjustment or a look under to check the level sensors etc

Pictures, ideally showing the headlight beam pattern against a wall will keep us occupied in the meantime, a shot of the headlights too which as @Pauly says look like LED.
Looking for that up tick to the left which should be there in a LHD beam pattern.
