THQ flush fit window query

C

That’s great to hear. I’ve just posted this thread on this. I’m sure there’s hundreds that had no issues. As with most things you only when things go wrong, if there’s nothing to report people never mention it
I've sent THQ a message regarding the movement in mine. I'll see what they say. I should of sent one when I first fitted them really. Again, it doesn't cause any issues, but it's just annoying I have to move it back so the gap is equal.

For me if theyre new windows and theyre not right then they need replacing
You're right. I've asked if the play in the window is normal. But if other have no play, then maybe something is wrong? I can live with it over taking them out and changing them.

Just an update on this. THQ have got back to me and they have said the play in the window is normal. They have even sent me a video push the window to the left and right, showing the play.

Here's their response.

"Nothing to worry about here,
The windows will have slight play due to the drainage channel and sliding mechanism, its unavoidable unfortunately"

Hope this helps people interested in the windows.

Just seen these are now in stock, they seam to have a different latching system to others on the market. . a good price with the fly screen included too. Would be interested if anyone has some feedback on them ?

They look good. X3 drainage points vs x2 on the camperglass/THQ also.

I’m not sure they would work with Vanshades due to the latch been boot on of the frame?

I'm not sure on the vanshades but the latch is definitely chunkier and sticks out more than the camperglass/THQ window.
