Timing belt full guard kit (retrofit)

There are 2 timing kits for my CXHA, one of which is the full guard kit which is significantly more expensive. The only thing I can see differently is the fact the full guard has 2 additional cogs? Would the full belt retrofit kit (which states it is a retrofit) be recommended over the standard timing kit?

Just get the standard kit. But get a water pump with it and replace at the same time
