I'm confused by this picture... did you remove the window regulators and sound proof them?

i did the door skin and the regulator,ill be doing rear of door card when my new speakers arrive

Easy to take the inner door plate off? Want to do mine but worried about taking the glass off and getting it all back together?

its easy mate only 2 nuts to undo then glass slides up,i taped it to top of door then just moved inner door panel out of way
