Toilet/Shower wet room in LWB?

Hello all. I have done some research and
spoke with a couple of reputable converters, so I think I know the answer to this. I’l ask here though to be sure. I have a T6 California and wonder if the extra 400mm in a LWB conversion would give enough space for a toilet/shower wetroom. Envisage it being a sit-down shower and a cassette toilet. Haven’t found anything so I guess it hasn’t been done. Anybody ever heard otherwise?

I'm sure Autosleeper used to do a rear shower in one of their conversions of a T4
