Tow bar electrics Berkshire.

Anyone in the Berkshire area who can sort out my electrics for a T6 witn no Tow Bar prep and parking sensors.

I have the westfalia tow bar with wires including loom with parking sensor bypass.

Has your van got a fuse box under the passenger seat? Mine is a lowly startline and needed an extra kit and bracket for the fuse box. (Still to be fitted!)

Mine is a Trendline, had some wires under the passenger seat that I chucked under the cover when I changed the bench to captain seat but can't remember to see any fuses.

I have westfalia 321 454 300 143 for the main 13pin loom. Auxiliary power kit which puts ignition switched power through to pin 10 of the plug (caravan fridge feed) 300 028 300 113 and finally the fuse box kit 000 055 212A. The fuse box kit needs a relay holder 7e0 937 503e and a couple of screws n 107 214 01. I’m thinking the pin10 power kit is optional.

The relay holder screws onto the edge of the passenger seat base. Have you got a swivel on yours?

Yes I have a swivel base on my passenger seat.

Sounds quite complicated, all I need is to have te correct lights and to disable the parking sensors when the trailer is on.

Happy to pay someone to sort it out, someone who did this before.

I'm an electrical engineer but without propper documentation I don't want to do it myself.

I would really appreciate if anyone knows a specialist in Berkshire area who can install the towbar electrics. I really don't want to dig in the VAN's electrics, the VAN is still under waranty.
