Trying not to LOSE MY SH**T

if you snapped the extractor then the bolt will be tightly seated. You could try drilling around the mild steel head with a small drill bit to weaken then go the next size up etc.. Hopefully you’ll be left with an opportunity to get better purchase to remove it. Or tack a hex nut onto the head of the bolt?
I snapped the head off an M8 bolt when removing the rear ARB this week.. That was fun. I began drilling a small pilot hole in the bolt for extraction. That snapped inside the bolt and wasn’t removable… That was a challenge..
 
Right, we’ve got the screw out ! Chisel and hammer worked a treat.

Next problem, the door doesn’t latch properly… just bounces back.

Does that look normal to you lot, I don’t remember seeing them two holes like that
