Headlights - You probably have H4. Best value for money upgrade is a pair of H7 Headlights (often pop up on ebay and theres a dedicated thread on this forum if you have a search)
Rock n Roll bed rattle - They will probably all rattle in different places so its down to you to do some investigation work and narrow it down i.e. does it only do it in seat mode or bed mode too etc

I agree with T6ChrisO about the H7s. I went that route and am very happy 2 years down the line. Can be done for about £100 with some luck finding a pair.
My bed rattled too and after lots of checking I found it to be one of the bolts that locks the bed in the seat position. Trial and error and plenty of sticky felt should get it sorted.

Another one here who went from the H4 to the caravelle H7. Not brilliant, but much better than before and they’ve been on for a couple of years.
