My last van (not a transporter) turned up brand new with the tracking way out, a buddy has a garage with a Hunter alignment machine so easy for me to get it corrected but that's not really the point.
The two used approved Audi's that the wife and I have bought this year are also supposed to have alignment checks as part of the 144 point check they do but both pulled to one side and had to be sent back and fixed under warranty.
Top tip for those that don't know, indy's are far far cheaper for 4 wheel alignment ~£80 is typically I'm led to believe, VW, Audi, BMW etc seem to charge more like £300 and use no better equipment.
