Underslung Water Tank, In Front Of Spare Wheel.

@Stay Frosty
Not this type is it?
I'm running b14's and will be dropping it right down. I'll have to offer the tank up in the morn and see what the clearance is like.
I’ve just bought this tank last week, spent an hour under the van with the fitting straps they sold with it, I’m pretty competent normally with all my conversion jobs but this has got me scratching my head
Any help would be most grateful

Sorry, I ended up taking my water tank back and using an internal one, so can't really help.

I'll limbo under the van today and take some pics if that helps but I got the van with the tank already fitted from Red line.
From memory they look like 20mm wide aluminium strap bent into shape with a bench vice by a spotty yoof also it is tight for space under there as the slightly fatter H&R rear anti roll bar now touches the tank.

“With only one unfeasibly large nut”

Not sure I want the end of my spout dragging over a policeman, sleeping or otherwise!

Sounds painful!

Ouch!

Going back to the rirst and second pictures they're in front of the arb looking towards the back axle and the straps are actually 20mm wide mild steel painted silver.
Can't tell without removing one but if they're nuts and bolts then they must have gone in before the floor went down, failing that nut zerts maybe or possibly tek bolts but the heads look to be 13mm so don't think they're tek bolts.
