Unlocking tailgate on fob.

I’ve just noticed that my tailgate doesn’t unlock on the middle button of either key fob.
I’m sure it used to do.
I can’t find any setting in the head unit or reference in owners manual.
Any ideas? T6.1 for reference.
Tailgate will unlock with the open doors button.



Anyone can test their fob / van and tell me how it behaves?

Does the little red light illuminate on the fob when you press the buttons? if not the battery is probably on the way out.

Also on my 6.1 you have to press and hold the middle button for a couple of seconds until the indicators flash on the van, whereas lock/unlock is an instant thing.

Thanks, yes the red light does light up. Bizarrly its working now. Maybe I didn't holding it long enough and got stressed. Strange as I use that function a lot :/ .
