Evening all.

I have a lwb panel van which I have fitted a rear bench in. I’m looking to make a pull out drawer and shelf. Does any have a van king fitted in a lwb kombi? Would you be able to help sending me some photos of it fitted?

I also have a few questions.
Does the bed need the seats to be folded down to use? Or is it long enough without?

Is it made of 25mm box section and is it 25mm angle welded on top for the shelf?

Is anyone near Doncaster/Goole are that has one?

Many thanks

I have a @VAN-KING system in my LBB Shuttle. The rear (3rd row) of seats are removed and the middle row remain in use, no need to fold them down to use the bed, but it does make it more convenient. I'm just over 6' and the bed is plenty long enough. I usually remove one seat for the fridge and fold the others forwards. If you remove them the is lots of free floor space for getting dressed etc.
In normal set-up there is enough room behind the 2nd row seats for my long MTB with wheels on (I use a Bike Stow 4-bike carrier)

The VK frame is 25mm bow with U-channel to side the bed boards into rather than angle section. There are 4x removable cross braces.
