Hiya, unfortunately no paint code, they did send me a paint sample which was close, however the Paterson that applied it didn’t do a great job! So it’s come off already

Hi, I'm in the process of buying a set of Velare wheels and I see most sellers say they come with a 'fitting kit' which includes bolts/lockers and spigot where necessary.
Does anyone know if this fitting kit is included from Velare with the wheels, or does the wheel company throw them in for free?

My converter took off my Velare summer wheels and gave me back the wheels bolts and 4 black plastic rings. The rings are not uniform. How are they used and which way round now they are going back on?
