VW Cheltenham now gone - who to use?

Update: quite happy with the service I received at Listers Droitwich. Nothing to celebrate but all seems good.
I also ended up using Arthur Spriggs near Tewkesbury who have had a VW Van servicing franchise since June, or thereabouts. Droitwich pointed out that my van needed a brake fluid change when I picked it up (was a little disappointed that they didn't notice this and offer to do it when I dropped the van off for it's service but ..), and I had planned to do this myself. But thought I'd just check the VW charge. Arthur Spriggs quoted £54incl for the job so I decided it wasn't worth getting my hands dirty at that price.
Again, all OK. It's a little bit of a strange place though, more used to larger commercial work I think. In comparison several of the other vans at Droitwich were private campers being dropped off.

YellowHound. From my perspective that's quite good news as Spriggs is now my nearest centre (I reckon the nearest by 30 odd miles). When you refer to large commercial work, does that mean that parking isn't an issue? I ask because my only other experience is with the old Cheltenham and Swindon - it was a nightmare at Cheltenham and only marginally better in Swindon. Cheers again for the report.

Parking was quite OK there, no problem at all.
They have a separate customer lounge so waiting not a problem.

After loads of research would you believe I found a small specialist independent just a few miles away from my house near Stroud.
Family owned, just two guys and a lady, been doing VW transporters for over 22 years and specialise in campers so they can sort other issues as well.
Happy to use VW parts to keep your warranty intact. Yesterday they did mine - full service, mot, cambelt/water pump and all the ancillaries. Really nice people and they know what they are doing.
if you want to talk to them here is a link, they have courtesy cars if need or it’s a short walk into the town.
Are these guys still around and any idea if they do MOTs / annual servicing? I was planning on trying Blake Services at Brimscombe as they’re a VW outfit but a camper specialist sounds even better. Thanks

I used Arthur Spriggs for some warranty work recently, they were really helpful.
No problem with parking, not a massive area but enough when I was there.
Comfortable waiting area (with free coffee).
I’ll be going back when the van needs a service.

Thanks for the tip off, I see they are new to VW but after having a disaster at Listers who deem a full tank of Ad Blue to be 10L as part of the free fill up I'm happy to try elsewhere.
