so w=v*a its going to draw 3.8ah ish . . . . (46/12=3.84)
that means if its drawing up to 4amps it will take a 100Ah leisure battery to 50% DOD in 12hrs
assuming it has a eco mode that will cycle on/off you might get 24hrs (50% duty cycle) use before the battery is dead flat.
which is what you would expect for any thermo-electric 12/240 cooler box.
12 - 24hrs on a 100ah battery unless you have solar or other means to top up the battery during the day , ready for the next 24hr cycle.

so if its similar to my Campingaz ones . . . . you can get a longer run-time from it by using a small 240vac inverter . . . . . which means it will run on ECO low power 8.8w@240vac when down to temp.
but opening/closing the lid will cause it to go into full power mode for a while 64W@240vac
