Thule make the OEM Vw rack.
Looking at the pictures @Garyf123 has posted they are the same ally bits - looks / dimension wise.
The only bits missing are the 2nd & 4th bike carriers, but you can see where these would fit.
If it helps - look at my OEM Vw 1 this weekend @ BM to compare...

I am not making the carrier. Just buying the bits to assemble, but don't want to pay £895 + vat for a new VW T6 bike carrier, just to dissamble and re-assemble with carrier bits etc.

Have you seen our Bak-Rak Pete, spare wheel carrier, £165, fits on the towball...

VW OEM T6 Bike Rack wanted for new project.

1 x Genuine VW T6/T6.1 4 Bike Rack, Tailgate Model version 2.

Looking for £550 or open to offers.
Currently over £800 new.

Bought from Vanstyle in July 2022.

In very good condition, all parts are with it, including the wheel straps.

With the Version 2 you can buy kits for boxes and spare wheel carrier etc from companies like Hess.
