Vw t6 sliding door contact issue. Open when closed and closed when open

Hi everyone, I just wondered if anyone had ever had this issue.

I have vcds system as for some reason when my rear sliding door was closed it shows in the message blocks on the vcds as open when closed and closed when the door is open. When push the contact on the door it changes to open rather than closed ? I removed the contact but don’t see an easy way in to try perhaps switch the wires around. I was wondering if there’s anywhere to switch this round using the vcds but don’t see an obvious option. I have had to disable the door in the vcds in order to stop the door open icon appearing on the dash but would be good to have it working correctly. Any help or advice is welcome. Full VCDS Auto-Scan would be more helpful.
Meanwhile try unticking BCM byte 10 bit 6.

Mmi thank you so much for that input!! That sorted it and I could undo what I did previously (so it ignored the status)

Thanks again. So there isn’t much need for full scan for that issue.

I am still having intermittent issue with the remote central locking working or not. Sometimes it decides it will work some not. If I keep just putting key in turn key alittle but not start the engine to activate some modules then turn ignition off it will eventually start to work again. It may also be fine for a long time. I don’t think it’s battery related as it can do this when I return from king journey and the starter battery is charged. If anyone had any ideas it would

Also slightly unrelated, but putting a piggy back fuse in I think I may have removed a fuse I should have done and put it in the wrong place. As I’ve noticed that my dials are back light anymore. Does anyone one by any chance which fuse it is ?
