Hi

Does anyone have recommendations of companies that can fit parts as well as sell? Ideally looking for one company and had been looking at van style as they do a free fitting service but unfortunately they won’t be offering that for a while

looking at having new headlights, coilovers and alloys done to a t6.

Ideally would be south west / Wales area but don’t mind travelling (when able)

cheers

The guys at TransporterHQ fitted my lights and did a brilliant job with it.

Good luck - I'm sure the south-west in Wales is even more busier with customers booking in work than up here where i am in the Midlands. My family in Pembrokeshire are saying that even the local surfing van owners can't get their vans worked on...... I can't get any work done until mid-may, and that's down to a cancellation.

coilovers and alloys don't need a VW specialist, go to your most trusted mechanic. I used a wheel specialist for the alloy fitting after getting all the bits from LTC and my friendly local garage for the suspension after getting it from CRS

Morning All,

Rather unexpectedly, our Kombi has arrived 9 months early!!.....factory ordered in Feb, landed at the dealers two weeks ago! It was due in December!

So, very quickly trying to sort a few bits out!

Any recommendations for converters in the North West/North Wales area that could do the sound deadening work for us?

Unfortunately no time to have a go myself!

Thanks all,

Very fortunate timing - I'm also interested in finding some converters based in this Area - any recommendations gratefully received

Hi Guys,

Looking for suggestions for companies who will supply and fit a pop top on a T6 in the North Wales/North West area.

Cheers

Hi guys
I currently own a t6 swb
I’m looking to convert it and put a pop up roof on it .
I’m quite handy with a drill as I’m a carpenter but with work might not have time to do it .
Any recommendations in South Wales area
Or any help finding a good installer would be much appreciated
Thanks

I am looking to replace the bench in the rear of my T6.1 with a 1+1+1 set up. I need to be able to remove one seat as a minimum for bikes etc. a 2+1 would work, but require a floor when age whilst I wouldn’t only need to fit additional brackets for the 1+1+1 set up. With the slight additional cost, I would prefer the flexibility it allows.

I don’t need seatbelts as the current belts would work fine.

I need the brackets/fixings to fix the seats to the floor.

Dos anyone know of any for sale at a reasonable able price? (I am not going to pay £1800 for the seats and a further £900 for fixings like some chancer tried on eBay!! )

Also does anyone know of anywhere that does leather seat covers for this arrangement, all I can find is covers for 2+1 or a 3-bench?

Will be looking to sell my bench, and all seat covers once I have sources the seats. Would also consider a part exchange if anyone interested.
Thanks

Hi,

We (finally) bought a T6 on the weekend. Project vanbuild starts now

First job in to get a pop top put in - looking at maybe a stealth b2 (any reviews?)

Just wondering if anyone near Pembs/Carms has any installer recommendations?

Thanks
