Wallop :-(

Yep... New door, bumper skin and bumper strength bar.

Not worth repairing that from what I'm.seeing.

So what happened?

This happened whilst in 1st gear trying to go forward - work that out. Prob quicker and easier if I go for a door if anyone knows of any ?

Ouch. Indium grey?
Then this may be what you need:

I am useless when it comes to anything vehicle related so am no doubt going to get scammed if I take this to my local garage (Listers for what it’s worth). Could you kind folk please tell me what I should expect to pay to repair this damage?

I reversed into a supporting bollard in my garage

Looks like a bumper, reflector and a re-spray.
If there’s any more damage you’ll need to mention it as the photo isn’t clear.

Travelinlite do pattern part bumpers, have a look at their website (prices listed), they come in primer.
You’ll need to drill the new bumper for parking sensors.
Maybe possible to transfer the old parking sensor brackets across to the new bumper with some new adhesive.
You might need to replace the bumper mounting bracket on the affected side, I think these are around 30-40 quid but Travelinlite can confirm.
New bumper reflector on the affected side, again Travelinlite can quote.
Re-spray of the bumper and possibly adjacent panels to get a blend, price depends on the bodyshop, but wouldn’t expect anything less than £400 for the paint, you’ll just have to compare quotes.

Thank you for this. Pretty much all of it is well beyond my capabilities so sounds like I’ll be spending significantly more than £500 for someone else to do it all for me. Devastated!

Looks to me like the panel above the bumper has been pushed out of place as well, I'm not sure what's behind this so this could add to the expense.
Why not use your insurance? Try one of the insurance comparison sites first both with and without a claim to give you an idea of the likely affect on your renewal price, if its not too much of a rise and your excess is reasonable let them deal with it.

Not me (again).

Italians really are as bad as they say when it comes to driving. Didn’t see the large black van with all the bling headlights and fog lights and knight rider bonnet strip ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ so drove into it and ripped from
Bumper off.

Relatively superficial as a bit of gaffa tape and some self tappers and was back on the road. However had to cadge a lift 30 mins to get to it to do the repairs which was annoying.

Then a small pallet of fire bricks for the new stove install ha ha. Managed to get most of pallet in with the FLT Despite the tailgate.

Some w@nker in a Tesco delivery van just smashed the wing mirror off of my works T5.1 and drove off.
Luckily someone seen him do it and told me. I’m away to phone the police.
Not having the best of luck in my works van.
A property management company smashed the other mirror off a few weeks ago.
My mum reversed into the back of it and dented the back door.
Then my pal was loading materials onto my trailer attached to my van when the brakes failed on his old forklift truck and it swung around and caved the rear quarter panel above the wheel arch in.
And scratched my new Davenport wheel.
My van is due to go in to get two toned early next year as the body work is getting rough. So I will get all the dents sorted then as well.
Going for silver/grey on bottom half.

At least next year it will look Flash, Gordon....

I forgot to mention the high pressure fuel pump packed up on it as well.
Best part of a grand to sort.
Love my van 178k miles on it now and I’ve no intention of getting rid of it.
It will be flash next year indeed.
Will post pics of my pals work when he tackles the forklift shaped dent in the side of it.
