Water dripping from behind glove box

The AC is switched on when the blower is set to windscreen

I Think I may have found what was causing the issue. The outlet on the other side of the bulkhead, in the engine bay was pinched closed. It had been pushed down between the bulkhead and the engine bay lining! View attachment 90279

Mine was the same just now, surely it is supposed to be inside of the sound deadening?! Flicked mine out though and water came out so that is where I will leave it
