Welcome new members

Hi! I picked up a 2019 T6 campervan conversion from the Campervan Factory in Tewkesbury a little over a month ago... really pleased with it! It's a T6 T32 150bhp, converted to a camper... I've eased into the tinkering with the addition of the cab door seals, and wind deflectors already... Looking forward to reading through the forums and seeing what others have done with theirs! Cheers.

Hi Richard (I presume that's your name, rather than Orchard ;)), welcome to the forum of broken wallets. Remember, you can check-out any time you like, but you can never leave with an empty basket!

Hi there. I recently purchased a new T6.1 150Kw 4motion L2H1 with a double cabin. Currently working on some interior modifications turning the vehicle in a construction van for daily usage, while keeping weekends off and holiday travels in mind. This forum is treasure of information. Thanks a bunch.

Hi Everyone, I've joined to the get the best info before we head out and buy a Caravelle. Had a quick look around before registering and looks like I've come to the right place. Question is 204 or 150 BHP?

Hi Phil - welcome to the forum.

My tuppence: 102 for economy, 204 for power, 150 for best compromise.

150 all day long.
204 biturbo is know to have extremely expensive problems. Not saying any other engine can’t have problems too.

My first post, and an introduction. I’ve been lurking for a few weeks, reading and gathering information after we put down the deposit on an unmolested, 33,000 mile, 2017 Hillside Birchover.

So here is Ragnar, in Indium Grey. I’ve been busy doing some small things: extra door seals, dash seal to stop stuff falling down there, and a new starter battery as the one fitted was from 2019 and wouldn’t hold charge well. I went for the bigger Bosch 95Ah version and had the fun of squeezing it in. Following the advice on here I then bought Carista and coded the new battery and went for the start-up instrument sweep while I was there.

So, thanks for the very informative forum and I’m sure I’ll have many questions as I work through my to-do list of better headlights, replacing the split-charger and possibly solar.
