Welsh Coast Campers

Has anyone any experience of these guys? They have some stunning vans, reasonably priced. I’m wondering what’s the catch?

Hello all, just stumbled across while researching Campervans.
Going to look at vans this week at Welsh Coast Campers. Does anyone have any experience of them?
Look great online but have seen a dodgy review from a year ago online which is putting me off a little!

By chance I went today. Looking for a company to work with on our conversion - I can’t make any comment on the quality of their products or workmanship. But I left after 5/10 mins. Outdated designs, not helpful or interested in our plans. Just wanted to sell what they had in stock. It was a no from me

Hello fellah.
Did you manage to visit wcc. Would value what you thought. I have Paul wanting to sell me swb at min.
Many thanks

Run a mile!

We had a nightmare with them! Getting anything resolved after sale is absolutely impossible!
Ill second this, Paul is a nightmare and if his lips are moving he's probably lying. My van was filthy inside underneath the conversion they had done. Came with no service history when he told me it had full service history. They had wired the electric inlet the wrong way round plus a million other small things. He just wants your money, have a Google of him and you'll see why it's best to avoid him. Wish I had done it before I gave them my money. Buy with extreme caution and get everything In writing and don't take the vehicle off site until you have thoroughly inspected it!

Just come across this message thread and would 100% agree with gikster and bdnck- avoid this company at all costs. I, like others, got taken in by the shiny vans and the lying Paul who runs the company (give him a Google to see how dodgy he is). Wish I’d done my homework before parting with my money but lesson learnt after spending a good couple of thousand trying to resolve issues. Lots of things covered up on the van, lied about service history, and basically stopped working couple of days after getting home. They didn’t respond to phone calls or emails either and the warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.
