What’s the best head unit available?

More of our preferred headunits being installed lately , also available as mail order as a plug and play solution
Kenwood DMX 8020dabs, Wireless Apple CarPlay, Wireless Android auto. Twin usb, dab, Kenwood Dash cam control. Capacitive screen , port for parking sensor display
Kenwood DMX9720xds , 10.1 HD screen , superb quailty, Wireless Apple CarPlay, wireless Android auto, usb, dab, sensor display port
Kenwood DNX9190dabs HD motorised reverse tilt screen, Garmin nav, wireless Apple CarPlay, wireless android auto, twin usb, sd, cd/dvd , port for sensors etc etc
Stock is good at the moment. Which is very welcome considering we barely had more than 20 over the 10 months leading up to June

Do you have the wire for the port alone, I don't need a the loom as I have the Connects2 interface for the MFS but no visual for the parking sensors.
Thanks. I assume it prolongs the life of the phone battery then as it’s not constantly looking for a GPS fix….?
I’m sure it does as my iPhone battery barely drains on wireless
No because the interface is a all in one as the port does the sensors as well as the MFSW ,

It’s not a bad little unit, better than the Pioneer SPH da160dab, but it does not have the comms port for sensors, so the only way to display them is by using a third party interface box which plays them through the reverse cam port , these are bulky to fit, poor graphics and more expensive than the genuine interfaces you use on the 8020etc ,
so it makes a cheaper headunit , expensive

Hi All. Collect my 2018 TSI T6 this week. Super excited. So new to the forum but have been checking it out for months now.
I seem to have the same issue as most. Only have the basic head unit. Want android auto, doesn't need to be wireless, but want to add my nexbase 522gw f&r cameras,Would ideally use the rear camera for reversing and to be on the head unit. I've seen all the comments about the Kenwood 5020 DABS but I need to pay for fitting and it's all sounding too much £££. What other alternatives are there?? I do have sensors but no nice steering wheel!! Yet...
