Hi mate. I ran mine down the drivers a pillar and connected it to the ambient light circuit behind the dimmer (blue/grey wire)

Where did you get the unit and can you replace the bulbs with existing LEDs that I've got?

Now that's sounds like another little mod that needs doing

The unit is off a passat w8 and buy the small loom to adapt it, ebay purchase for both brand new

Thats the inside of the unit m8 yes just fish the cable threw the roof lining no need to drop it.
0.5 0.75 or 1mm cable should be fine

Driven from Portsmouth Ferry to Shropshire via a 6 hour wait at Birmingham for a cancelled flight.

Another job ticked off the list fitted the swan neck table, bought it with the slidepod that i no longer own .
But might come in handy for somewhere to rest my beer

Usual Sunday for me.

Full clean (even though it hasn’t turned a wheel in a week) and raised the suspension 10mm all round.

Can’t believe I’m saying this but think it looks better a bit higher. Hopefully this helps with the front tyre catching the arch liner when under load.

Vanslam’s mate. Think it was ok whe I first set it before I put the RIB and kitchen in, then the extra weight made it too low.

Wouldn’t mind knowing how stiff the B14’s are compression-wise in comparison because I think these could of done being set harder from the factory.
