What Have You Done To Your Van Today?

I've mostly been trying to find a needle in this haystack . . . . . .

gave up in the end.

Today was aamassive step forwards in my recovery. I managed to get the OEM hardboard lining out, remove fibre sound deadening, cut replacement ply lining and finally rear speaker wires connectwd to the headunit and run behind glovebox, up the A-Pillar, under the roof lining and on into the cargo area. Not a bad days work considering only six weeks ago I broke 2 left ribs, 10 right ribs (3 miltiple fractures), right collar bone, right shoulder bone and a punctured lung, Oh and I'm right-handed too!

230v socket fitted under the bonnet and cable routed to consumer unit.
That was the only place i could fit it as with all these other mods and there inline fuses ,but bonnet closes which is

Not so much a mod “on” the van, but one “for” the van.
Have taken a CBE blanking plate and modified it to accept the Propex solenoid control.

The rocker switch will then isolate the Propex heater when not in use, which will stop it from going into fault mode as soon as the engine starts and the intelligent alternator causes the charging voltage to spike.
The gap is for a lighting dimmer that I already had installed in the panel.

Just wanted to check you have put a service inlet (plug) not a socket on as if not you need to as you will have live pins on the connecting cable.
This is very dangerous if not
