I make my lads drive round in Renaults but we are builders and our vans take a beating and are battered by 3 years so not giving them posh exspensive vans.

Tools loaded, been for a run, no rattles or squeaks, just need to sort the roof and lighting (last van had leds in roof and Tailgate) but that can wait for another weekend! Consuming beer while a chicken is roasting in the BBQ, happy dayz

Arrived at a job and customer not here, so debadged the rear while waiting, not sure I like it to be honest, at least now I don't have to look at squint badges! Vw sending me a new set anyway, I'll live with it and see if it grows on me.

What have I done today? Realised that the pre registered highline kombi van I bought from vw doesn’t have armrests. Unhappy is not the word

Possibly like you, I assumed the Highline came as standard with armrests, and don't recall it being an option on mine.

It’s on the vw spec list as standard on a highline, I’ve told the dealer to ‘deal’ with it before I pay for the van

There’s was a period last year when VW were shipping vans without armrests (suspect they ran out at the factory) and anyone who brought it up got them fitted FOC as a warranty claim
