What Have You Done To Your Van Today?

Washed it, got rid of all the Tar spots (loads of them), dressed the tyres, cleaned and dressed the wheel arch liners, cleaned glass inside and out, cleaned the inside, topped up the washer fluid, took off oil cap and got rid of the inevitable ‘gunk’ that accumulates due to the vapour, and put in a new air freshener.
Oh.. and now I’ve got my ARB Base Rack fitted, I’ve now realised I’ve got 25% more real estate to clean. Winner!!
Now it’s beer time!

Fitted OEM number plate holders, thoroughly cleaned the door shuts and fitted the Golf door rubbers, plus fitted the clips to store the Ovano table top behind the rear seats. Small amount of soundproof tape here and there too.

Nothing anyone will notice, but enjoyed doing it and rubbers certainly sound better.

Today I tried to fit a rib bed, fit a unit and wardrobe, fit the flooring and the altro, fit the conduit for wiring... i managed to only drill and fit the strengthening bar for the bed and drill some additional holes but the very precise locations I marked for the rib moved when i moved the bed out of the way to drill... because I didnt screw the floor down at the back. Massive overwhelm ensued. Now on nights for a week so no time to attempt to progress.
