Whats this bracket for

Does anyone know what this bracket is for. On the rear passenger wheel arch. I cant for the life of me think what it could be for !!

Yeah - and what a pig to put back into the bracket - if you don't quite remember how it looked when you took it off. So I've heard from a friend.
Or is that just er him?

Especially when your bed is fixed alongside it and the only way of fixing the jack the bracket is by feel. All that and the bloody thing seems like it’s made of sheet cheese and isn’t fit for purpose anyway. Might as well just throw it on the scrap heap really.

Most people cut the bracket off when carpet lining....

The problem then comma is where to store it?

I had my fan plyline originally so the wheeljack was placed in the double seat base.

In the other van I have my Jack floating about under the single captain seat base but now a battery is going in there I'm gonna have to find somewhere else to put it

My Caravelle it's buried in the side trim and I very much agree with this, it's a nightmare. More so as I have the kitchen pod in the way as well.

I'd get rid of it but the removable tow bar is also in the same cubby hole and there are some useful tools clipped into the jack so...

Still need profanity to get it back.
