There a well known dealer that sells lots of Shuttles and Caravelle without mentioning ex mot ability modifications. I nearly bought a similar Blackberry T6 last year but spotted it had modified floor that was not disclosed.
I think all the wheelchair ramp fabrication is still there - they've just levelled off the floor so should be structurally sound - just not fit for purpose!
If they’ve just welded a panel back into the floor have they replaced all the original cross members and floor strengthening as @Steved55 has done? If not then I’d be handing it back as I’d be worried about the chassis strength.
They have replaced the rear bumper, and fitted a new wooden floor over the ramp area. Yes I agree, I'm calling them Monday. It's also the issue now with the value of the van. Ex mobility are worth far less than what I paid for it. Totally miss sold this van and the dealer know about it and never said its ex mobility
