Where Do You Put The Shopping?

I'm 2 days into T6 Kombi ownership and have my first (no doubt of many) question. How do you stop stuff rolling around in the back? I went to the Supermarket with the Mrs today and by the time we got home there was stuff everywhere. Ate people using storage nets, boxes or some other solution?

hook the handles of the plastic bags over the seatbelt clips.
Or get some boxes

@Chris Briers. In our experience two easy aids are folding plastic boxes as sold from time to time in places like Lidl, the second is a luggage net clipped to the tie-down points with carabiner clips to pop bags or loose items underneath.

I have a fair few free RAF tokens for these types of trollies. The shopping centre has yet to question it..

You take your T6 to a supermarket, are you mad ?
Either take another vehicle if you have one or put the effort in and order it online

I go to Lidi as people that go there tend to have to look after what they have put their hard earned cash into.. people that shop at waitrose don't give two toots about a T6

Don’t forget that @Fish generally has the back of his T6 full with boxes of new bits that he’s bought for the van, hasn’t yet got around to fitting, and are being stockpiled for Bala; so the shopping gets squeezed in and can’t possibly slide anywhere.

@Chris Briers, on those odd occasions when we take the van to Aldi, we buy so much that the floor of the van is full so nothing moves.

I eat out every night so when i do go shopping its one bag and that is hooked over ther passenger seat arm rest.

I have the choice of allowing the shopping to roll around in the back of the van or trying to squeeze it into the back of a fiat 500. Either results in broken biscuits

Shopping done online mostly but for the rare occasions we use a fold down boot tidy. Got one from Halfords in a sale for £5. Also bought a non slip boot mat for £20 and it really does stop boxes slipping about.

Also use the under seat storage boxes in the middle row seats.

3 of those hessian bags jam together nicely in the passenger footwell. One or two bags go between the front passenger seats. We never got into online supermarket shopping - I think it was the minimum order value for free delivery and some weird substitutions
