Personally I’d buy both - you know full well if they are H7, you’d sell them and turn a profit. And if they aren’t, you haven’t lost out on the others.

I was considering doing that myself!! Rest easy though as I really don’t need more boxes cluttering up the house. Good luck.

Here's a picture, we just picked up this beaut!

T6 T30 highline 69 plate, but it seems to have aftermarket headlights.

They don't look like the THQ ones or VW official ones, but more akin to the Dub ones? I couldn't see any "animations" in the car's reflection infront, when indicating, if that helps narrow it down.

Honestly I thought they were as I was preparing for a headlight swap (£££). But I had another look when I picked it up and they were luckily not H4s

They are factory LEDs. The easy way to tell them is by the small LED DRL strips under each projector. Aftermarket ones don't have this.

Oh that's great news. I must've looked up the wrong image for factory VW LEDs. Thanks very much for solving the mystery and providing clues on how to identify them ️

Assuming factory LEDs are cool?

May be wrong but all factory LED lights will have washers.
You may have after market ones from THQ that look very similar.
To tell the difference, switch DRL's on. There should be 2 horizontal lights in the middle of the unit.

Early T6 vans didn’t have washers for factory LED headlights.

All T6.1 vans with factory LED headlights do not have washers.
