Will these fit, or will I have issues?

i will be lowering my van by 60/70mm using Bilstein Komfort coilovers.

Rims are 8.5x20 front, and 10x20 rear
all wheels come with ET45 offset

was hoping to fill the arch nicely - will these work or am I going to have problems?
Do I need spacers?
What tyre size front and rear?

any advice welcome, as I bought before properly thinking them through!

275/40 on the rear
255/40 front

Work well and down 80-90mm
