My own opinion is that even if the tyres don't rub, (and I don't know if they will or not) 255/55/18 is a big step up from the original equipment and will make your gearing rather tall and will put your speedometer out by quite a bit. While some people don't mind I'd rather use 235/55/18 which is only slightly bigger than OE.

Forgot to mention I’m also lowered 30mm235/55/18 on standard suspension doesn't rub under any circumstances.
