Pica are up. All fitted with 255 45 18 tyres with a 103 loading. All have 4mm tread remaining no marks to the faces but some minor marks /pitting to rear of spokes /barrel.

255 45 18 is the 'standard' Transporter size but is up to you, very little difference either way.

I don’t know anything about the STX and how low they can go at their max, but just to give you a visual example…. this is my van lowered to 80mm…. both sets of wheels are 18”…. the top picture is with 255/45 tyres all round and the bottom picture is with 235/50 tyres all round. Hope this helps?

255/45 R18 is the VW recommended size for Sportline alloys. I was running those. Don't see why your size wouldn't work.

You can check your axle weight limits on the plate in the engine bay. What they telling sounds right to me for a T32... We run on our T32 : OEM sportline 18" rims. 255/45-ZR18-103Y-XL .
