Warranty oil leak claim refused under extended

Oil leaks are not covered under the ALL-IN plan. But are covered under the Factory Extended warranty. As you mentioned MOT well assum you have the ALL-IN cover. Crankshaft main seal is a common item to need addressing. (Had mine done at 60k under factory warranty) Have they quoted you for it...

    Electric sliding door issues

Hi phill , that be fantastic. Plan on further investigation this weekend, will get part numbers from modules and post them to see if they match with yours. Will let you know after the weekend. Bloody technology, why didn't I stick with the normal sliding door, why did I have to go all la de...

    JustKampers Insurance

Just renewed last week with them as A plan didn't even have the audacity to wear a mask when they were trying to rob me. No doubt next year I will switch insurer again as loyalty means naff all nowadays.

Brake disc and pad upgrade options

The costs of running a vehicle need to be considered when purchasing, especially a needy T6. Tools are a good investment and the £12 for VIP membership is cheap access to the necessary info’.

    Team Bayleaf Green

Hi all, picked up this bayleaf green camper only a few days ago, got very lucky with it as they don’t seem to come up much for sale! We’ve not been away in it yet, but have plenty of plans over the coming months and further afield next year.

Next “All In Plan” offer… Any idea?

I cancelled my All In plan early albeit it was only a few weeks to take advantage of the November offer. They even gave me a refund for the one month overlap.

VW All in plan .. again

I’ve tried to look at this on VWFS site and after putting in the reg (17 plate, less than 40k miles) all I get offered is the service plan and 1 MOT, but not with the roadside assistance. Where would I find the plan which includes this ?

    What Have You Bought Today?

I have a shiny new not on offer (sadly) All In Plan for BigTruckie as my factory warranty ended this weekend. There are enough wrinkles croping up on 6.1s I don't want to wait for an offer. Coincidentally it's having it's blender flap servo replaced this week under the original warranty...

    Good deal??

Not. You can get all that done for less by an indy, however, the all in plan for £30, currently also on offer, would be as it also includes MOT's, more service items like air and fuel filter, breakdown cover and an extended warranty. https://service-plans.vwfs.co.uk/vwcv/the-plans

Transporter extended warranty - Worth it?

Check the warranty terms around oil leaks. If you're offered one that covers that as well then consider it over the all-in-plan (which famously does not if you look at the crankshaft seal threads) Personally I think either is worth it if you look at the costs of repairs that are covered. I...

    Modification notification to the insurer

A mate of mine recently got a very expensive claim turned down by Hastings because he had non-OEM rear suspension (it was replaced professionally for like-for-like, no performance enhancement or lowering, but non-OEM (after an MoT failure), non-standard alloys (same spec as originally with same...
