What's your battery size, type? Do you know what the current level of charge is? What's your solar panel type, size? If your battery isn't being charged and that's all you're seeing from solar, your panel might be faulty. Very common with semi flexible panels.

Looking at the pics above, the solar panel has the large DC barrel jack plug. So you still need the matching ,"DC barrel socket to cable" lead... .
