Headlight rotary switch error check help please.

T6 Highline, 2018, H4 lights, rotary switch with the automatic setting. So, the genesis of this issue was a long drive home in the fog on Sunday. Used both front and rear fog lights for the first time in ages and the lightbulb warning light came on the dash - assumed it was one of the fog light...

    T6 - Front Upgrade - In for a penny ??

If you're going to be changing headlights I'd highly recommend looking at the newer full led options, as above the H4 headlights are terrible. You might regret just upgrading for led DRLs and end up upgrading again to full led lights. Keep an eye on this thread for full led headlights...

V2/V3 headlight units and LED 'bulb' options

Bonjour Pondering the question as per the title really. I have some Vanstyle LED DRL headlights - I think they call them V4, but they are to all intents and purposes identical looking to the THQ V3 and others. Like lots of people, I've put LED bulbs into the dipped and main beam - I'm using...

    H7 headlight qdjustment

Hi all, I bought a pair of H7 headlights off eBay to upgrade the candles in the standard H4 headlights. Fitted now and adjusted the dipped beam fine, but the main beams are way too high (they light up house rooves brilliantly!) and I can't find any adjustments to lower just the main beams...

New headlights, fog lights, bumper and bonnet DRLs fitted.

This looks mint looking to get the same light set up running. Can I ask please which fuse did you use for the under bonnet lights and also where did you wire the bumper DRLs? Other thing I've noticed is that I've got the same headlights the V3 with the led bulbs and the osram nightbrakers but...

Thoughts on stance, underslung water tank and headlight lumens?..

Getting technical and bear in mind I have a T6 with H4 headlights but with the 6.1 factory LEDs VW did away with "travel mode" with the LHD/ RHD option having to be coded in rather than selected from the menu... is it possible you're on LHD mode and the reason so many Daily Express and Mail...

    Really baffled not hard

H4 and H7 are both halogen - for most cars it doesn't really make a difference as both are the same power - just specifically on the VW Transporter the reflector design in the headlight that takes H4 lamps is generally regarded as pretty bad and makes for a much less usable light, whereas the...

T6 Full LED Headlights plug and play, who has them, what are they like?

I didn't get any adapter, because I used VCDS to change coding from H4 to H7. If you have H4 headlights and don't have an opportunity to code the central electrics module with VCDS/OBDEleven/Carista etc., you'll need the H4 adapter.

T6 Full LED Headlights plug and play, who has them, what are they like?

Just finished installing full LED headlights to T6 and here are some pictures. I bought the lights from Germany (lichter-profi), but lights are from China considering the markings. The lights were almost plug&play, all I had to do is change the central electrics coding from H4 to H7...

Customised headlight i did a do

Many projectors are mounted through the H4 bulb hole, so the reflector remains in place and the levelling adjustment works as it does now. Having fitted projectors in a few other headlight, I did attempt to do the same with Transporter ones, but for the like of me I couldn't get them appart.

Customised headlight i did a do

After a lot of faf i managed to get a pair of headlights split. I've split many many sets of headlights over the years and these have been the hardest to do, and the biggest. The reason... i wanted to change the chrome stripe on my T6 grill for a red stripe, pretty cool, adds 12 bhp and makes...

...was replaced at 50k miles. Rear shocks are corroded on outer tubes but are fine mechanically. Fronts fine. Springs included with both. H4 Headlights were replaced around the same time. Fitted with LED sidelight bulbs. Tail lights are tailgate fitting - won't fit a barn door. Bright LED bulb...

Sold 16" original fitment steel wheels, tyres and wheel covers

...better luck on Ebay - most people on the forum replace them. On paper they would cost quite a lot to buy new however reality is few people want them. I got £80 for mine in silver (so no trims) for all 4. Ditto H4 headlights £180-£200 each new and lots are given away free on the forum. GLWTS.

    Stealth LED grille lights

Be careful what you buy, those Stealth lights are auxiliary lights and you can't use them to supplement a dipped beam, which is where the standard H4 lights are most lacking. I'd go with Transporter HQ lights, which many of us have.
