Had the same with a new phone try connecting once pair code comes up the ok touch screen does not work, but seems to work on other parts of the screen. You had any joy??

Hi everyone, I have a T6.1 and for some reason one of my USB-C ports is not working. When i connect my phone to the lower port it charges and connects the phone to Apple Carplay. But when i use the top port, it does not charge and does not recognise it for Carplay use. Is this something common...

For the record for any future readers - in my guinea pig setup, I use Apple Car play for nav and phone both from my aftermarket Sony head unit.

By shafted do you mean they broke their own terms and conditions? I've used them for years, currently have 2 phones, 1 temporary event phone and 3 backup 4G routers (for events) and never had an issue with them
