    Negative battery terminal connection issue

I too connected my BLUETTI Charger 1 to the negative connector too and it drained my battery. Since connected to the headlight fixing point but still seeing slow drain on my battery while van not being used. I’ve installed a battery monitor and it charges fine while driving but lost 10% in 3...

Costco Deal on Michelin Crossclimate 2

Yes, apparently it’s because the front tyre flicks up the offending item and so it isn’t lying flat when the rear goes over it. Well they are different, so yes.

What Have You Done To Your Van Today?

Re-positioned Fiamma rear bracket as the one fitted had broken rivets. I have moved the bracket back 17" to the rear. This will give better support to the awning ,as it has a roof fitted the only fixing was forward of the original roof fixing that is now taken up by the roof. I have drilled and...

    My setup this weekend.

I could have made better use of the pitch and brought the van much further forward and put the camp shelter behind the awning. I also have a drive away Galli but not sure I really need it anymore! I prefer this setup.

No there isn't an ignition live on this, I believe it's automatic. Wired as per diagram.

    Renogy parasitic battery drain

Do you have an ignition live feed connected to your DCDC? If so, what is it connected to at the other end? Without the engine on the Renogy shouldn’t be taking half an amp out of the starter.

What Have You Done To Your Van Today?

Good job, makes a big difference in stopping the rain coming in when the window goes down because of the pop top as well. I fitted one to both sides in the end. Watch out for the wee plastic end at the back though, it will fall off one day when your threading the awning strip on.

    Lift options

Turning a T28 into a T31 just by magically transferring £276 into someone else's bank account. SV Tech, or Van Weight Engineering are two companies that deal with up-plating, and have websites that explain the ins and outs. Worth doing if you are concerned about being legal with regard to the...
