I’ve had the
Euro 5 140 six speed manual
Euro 6 150 six speed manual
And now the later 204 dsg sportline
There all great engines the 140 is meant to be most reliable as no ad-blue nonsense
My 150 was great no problems and now I love the 204 dsg it does have a lot of grunt and I don’t mooch...
Well, I’ve had the undertray off and closely examined all the wiring to the adblue tank and everything in the vicinity and it all looks good. No wear marks anywhere, no obvious broken cables and all pins in multi plugs look nice and shiny.
All errors still remain.
Next step I think is to go...
Hi everyone, I have a parasitic draw on my T6 battery. Now found the fuse causing the draw c43 looking to be the adblue heater? Can anyone help with this?
Since I unplugged this fuse the draw on the battery has completely gone down. Any advice would be great please. Thank you
...control on my last trip).
So.. short journeys kill a DPF but proper use of a diesel vehicle, long journeys is killing something else?!
The AdBlue is showing 3500 miles, 1-1.25Ga between min/max. It only dropped 1500 mile range with the last 3000 miles worth of journeys.. blocked AdBlue...
Had the engine light come on 3 weeks ago on my 67 plate 102bhp Trendline and promptly booked it into my local VW place. It took them until today to be able to look at it.
They're basically saying that the Ad-Blue sensor, the Exhaust Temp Sensor and the Knock Sensor all need replacing.
Is it...
ULEZ includes Bath, Birmingham, Portsmouth & shortly Bristol. My T6 with adblue is OK for most of these my mates T6 without adblue isn't and neither is another mates T5.1
How many miles since you last filled it?
They can be really slow in showing a reduced AdBlue range, it seems to be dependent on your driving. Mine has been "stuck" on 3500- 3000 miles for ages. Did over 500 miles at the weekend, and it didn't change from 3000. I was thinking that I might need to...
...purchasing my CXEB EU6 204 BiTurbo 4Motion 2018 last December, now on 41,700mls
It went into RR yesterday for EGR blank/delete, DPF delete, AdBlue delete. I am hoping this may save me some of these awful issues further down the road. I am low mileage user but will be monitoring the oil...
Nothing wrong with the system, the problem is usually between the seat & the steering wheel. Most of the adblue problems lately, seem to be caused by overfilling & not heeding the instructions on the MFD re. Quantity required.
...for the reason that as the level drops the Add blue crystallises in / on the tank walls which can cause issues.
My van went into the dealers for a major service recently, adblue range was showing 1500 miles, the tech advised on the service video to “top the tank up to prevent further...
My woes continue after a complete flush of the coolant system. The mechanic took it for a long drive and is convinced that adblue is mixing with the coolant and creating a sludge.
My van is a 2018 2.0tdi 102bhp with only 79k on the clock. There is nothing on the forum that suggests this is...
See my thread here 650 countdown issues , very similar issues that I never got to the bottom of and only ever occurs on long trips....think its something to do with the 31102 you have above indicating an emissions issue and it takes a long journey to log the fault. Its bothers me at the time and...
...owning the van, both times P20 EE which reset and cleared.
The van hasn't been run in the last 6 months prior to sale to I think it may be adblue crystallisation.
I'm not sure whether to roll back the remap and or update the ECU software to see if that works.
In the meantime I'm going...
