So got h&r 40 mm springs on my caravelle and like the looks and ride height but find them too crashy especially after having a hire caravelle this week which has the same 18 inch wheels but stock ride height....
So not sure do i go stock springs or maybe 30mm dealer ones....?
advice opinions...
Sorry if someone has asked before but I can't see it anywhere. I have a T30 DSG which says I need 1610kgs springs front and 1600kgs on rears. As its a T30 it would normally be the lighter kit from H&R but maybe due to the DSG gearbox its a higher figure like you would expect to see on a T32...
Evening all, been reading up and reading a lot of posts about the 50mm springs being very firm, especially over potholes. Given I live in Scotland where potholes seem to be every 50m, I'd like to know if anyone has any experience of both or knows whether the 40mm springs are significantly softer...
