ABS/Traction control lights still on

Hi guys, looking for help. I have a ABS/traction control light on with no fault codes. I have a topdon scanner it didn’t show errors and all 4 wheels displayed accurate speed readings. I’ve been to a local VW specialist that has been recommended on various forums. Due to no faults they tried to reprogram the ABS module but it failed. They advised me to get a second hand ABS module and have it fitted. I got an ABS module off Ebay from another VW T6. It was programmed successfully but when the mechanic bled the brake system using a professional scanner the bleeding process failed to be fully completed. The mechanic thought that something must be wrong with the used ABS module and advised me to get another one and repeat the process. He said that he hasn’t seen anything like this before. Just thought to ask the community if anyone had similar problem with ABS/Traction control. Can any other components go wrong? I doubt that another ABS module will solve the problem
 
Sorry I should’ve said LIGHTS. The three lights are on. No fault codes whatsoever. The mechanic plugged VCDS and I plugged my own TOPDON scanner with no success IMG_6182.jpeg

Could you please make blockmap -files of controllers 01-Engine, 03-ABS, 09-Central electrics, 17-Instruments
a) a set with ignition on (engine not running)
b) a set with engine running
I'm hopeful these would give some hints to narrow down the cause/reason behind the lights

The dash (17-Instruments) reports the three warning lights active as

so not a surprise.

Anyways, it seems that the origin of the lights is the ABS controller.

So, the ABS is actually quite happy with the situation - no faults - now just to need to figure out why the ABS has decided to put the warning lights on.

Due to no faults they tried to reprogram the ABS module but it failed.
What were the faults initially?



Could you please make another set of blockmap -files of the following controllers: 03-ABS Brakes, 04-Steering Angle, 17-Instruments
a) engine running, steering wheel centered (straight ahead)
b) engine running, steering wheel turned 90 degrees to the right
c) engine running, steering wheel turned fully to the LEFT (no need to hold - just leave where it stays)

SB16, SB17 (fusebox by left headlight)
SC32, SC51 (centre fusebox in cabin)

What were the faults initially?
Same three lights were on the dashboard but no errors/faults found via diagnostic tests performed by the mechanic.

I’ll check the fuses and get blockmap files asap. Now I’ve got my own VCDS

Thanks. Well, we can exclude steering angle sensor being the culprit.

I believe the next step is to make ABS see "terminal 15" power - thus in the blockmap data to turn the below to "ON"

I checked quite a few T6 blockmaps and everyone has "ON" there

Per wiring diagram the mentioned fuses power the ABS but obviously the "terminal 15" power doesn't reach the ABS - most likely from fuse SB17 (5A) which feeds ABS connector/pin T38a/6 (as marked terminal 15), thin 0.5 mm² black wire.

 
Thank you so much for checking the files and explaining the connection between SB17, Terminal 15 and ABS.
I’ll try to unplug the 38-pin connector from the ABS module, check voltage on pin 6 and feed another ABS-fuse wire.
I have tried to unplug the connector in the past but space was too tight.
Anyway, I’ll definitely post updates here how things are going
