Evening all.

Booked eurotunnel (never done before), heading over to Calais and then onto Belgium to see friends.

Wanted to see Bastogne and Dunkirk on the return maybe?!

Two questions for those experienced.

1- is there any tips re: routes/ budget friendly etc? I know France can be pricey with road network etc

2-any thoughts on campervan spots for Bastogne/ Dunkirk?

Can’t be ‘stealth’ as will have fam with, so need to utilise pop top etc

We’ve stayed at a few Eurocamp sites (in their caravans) and always been pleased with them - usually have a bakery (am) and pizza (pm) food available, bar and entertainment for kids - many have pools.

The ones we’ve stayed at seem to have a mix of static caravans, pitches for touring caravans and tents. One site even had little sheds for storage on the tent pitches.
