Aftermarket Digital Cluster - Guinea Pig

Another issue I noticed on my back from a meeting in Marlow. The indicators don’t seem to have the 3 flash on press of the stalk. Anyone else have this problem?

Mine’s the other way around. I switched it off with VCDS a good while ago and now it’s back on since the install. Haven’t got round to setting it back to how I want it yet.

I’m putting it in the same category as the chirp / blink on lock.

From memory it’s called something like ‘comfort indicator behaviour’.

Big thanks to @antony.charnley for taking time out his evening to improve the quality of life in my faithful t5.1 with a digi dash install, coolant temp, battery voltage read out, range, mpg and much more all of which I didn't have before and all of which are appreciated.
Show us a pic then .
I'd love to swap out our startling dash for something that actually shows the things that vw thought weren't important enough.

Try your setting calibration speed on +5 in the calibration menu - below the fuel ltr number, then try again. At the same time check your driving speed on a gps app, waze will do.

I would want to be making sure the gps speed and the speedo are very close. Cruise is setting the OEM board, the virtual is just trying to read it remember. I wouldn't be happy aligning the gps and actual much under 60mph to minimise margin for error.
Had a play about this morning on the way to work and i think i set it at +1 and the speedo was quite accurate with with sat nav. Thanks

A thought. I've manly and butch 18" swamper wheels on mine and the speedo under reads a touch as a result. Can the settings in these beasties be tweaked to correct this sort of thing? Not an issue if it can't.
Yes, it can using the calibration speed offset. You can make your dash present your speed exactly matched to gps road speed. I think we are all still learning whether this has a relationship with the target speed on acc, cruise set. Which i am confident only sets based on previous basic code and access straight to the BCM. In which case we are only looking to calibrate the dash to the vehicle road speed? Is this unit potentially getting its speed reading from
What vehicle have you set the image as on your dash. Doesn’t look like a T6 from this shot.

I spoke to them about that, 5.1 is getting a new vehicle graphic rolled out in around a month or so to represent Multivan - I did say the present T6 was closer than not, but I think truth be told, they were focussing on getting the screen and scale to fill the dials - I noticed they added scale into the standard options menu, so you can increase decrease slightly if required.
