Yea I think they are saying 2-3weeks to deliver depending on shipping availability. Also not really sure how long it takes to build it? A day, 2 days? Saw that program a while back with James may where they build a mini in 24 hours

I just watched a bid on YouTube they have new production line capabilitys now and are churning out a whopping 740 a day! 2 production lines running parallel one for high end ones and one for basic models and the kombis are mixed up with the panel vans there's no order to them!

I wondered if they'd done something to increase output, esp for Calis to make some quicker profit, or whether demand had gone down. I was thinking of a Cali initially and was pretty much quoted almost a year for delivery at the time, I didn't go for one in the end and got my van in a Feb this year. After a few weeks a bloke in the village stopped to talk to me saying he was thinking of getting a Cali and was going to test drive one in a couple of weeks, I notice he's driving round in a 67 Ocean now so that's about 4-5 months

Haha no probs I thought the guy saying it must of got it wrong but yea I guess when you think about how many dealerships there are and how many potential orders are taking place constantly you can see why they ended up with a backlog earlier in the year. Still rolling into a new week tomorrow so one week closer to us all getting the vans. Who's got what planned for theirs upon arrival? Any mods or adjustments?

Ha, that's what it said on my order but it still took 3 months! That's what asap means.
