Best full-width bed?

Hi

New to the forum and just bought a long awaited t6 LWB van with the plan of making into a camper over the next 12-18 months. Summer is here (well its not raining right this minute!) so I would like a few trips this summer, even if it is in very basic panel van mode.
First job will be to insulate and carpet then I was hoping to put in place some type of R&R bed. Considered building a temp solution with a view to dismantling next year and replacing with a more permanent solution but I am tempted to buy either a frame or a full bed then remove as I need to to complete any future works. It needs to be full width not 3/4. What does everybody recommend??

Another vote for the Ikea bed. Just spent 2 weeks away in it. You'll need a mattress topper swell but its super comfy and doubles as a seat during the day.
