Hi all , I dont know alot about wheel and tyre sizes so could I please have some input into peoples preferences for a van. I like the look of 20s but are they comfortable to drive with? Im looking for a balance between cool looking sporty wheels but comfortable and practical if that makes sense.

20s are fine as long as you are sensible with profile and have updated suspension. Plenty of good companies on here

Hi everyone
I have a standard factory spec T6 Highline T32 SWB. It would have had 17 inch wheels on originally as is the spare underneath. The previous owner put 255/45 r18s on and I have kept with this size for 4-5 yrs. Now the tyres need changing , sticking with the same alloys , I wish to change the tyre size to 255/ 55 R18s. This slight change in the aspect ratio will allow me to change to BF Goodrich All Terrain KO2. This mean 10-15 mm change in height / aspect. Pretty sure looking at the wheel arch etc that it will not rub even on full lock? Has/ is anyone running these tyres / wheel sizes on a factory spec ( not lowered / lifted) T6? Any help would be useful , have a feeling it will be fine apart from changes in speedo reading etc ?

255/45/18 is almost identical to standard overall diameter (standard being 215/60/17)
255/55/18 takes it to almost identical diameter to my 235/65/17 Falkens...makes your speedo under read slightly...70 is actually 72 ish
Can't comment on the width of yours, but would have thought it'd be fine...

Have a read of some of these, put your mind at rest!

Cheers Bundy , hopefully replacing 255 with 255s will ensure no front tyre rub at full lock Cheers
