BF Goodrich A/T 225/65/17 or 245/65/17

Hi all i have a 2018 vw transporter swb i have 17inch alloy wheels van is all standard tyres on the wheels are 235/55/17 bf goodrich sizes available are 225/65/17 or 245/65/17 any one have them on there van

Are you lifting or lowering.

225 if lowering and the bigger size if lifting or leaving as is. We tend to go for a 235 though if not going down, not a 245. But it will work for you.

Restarting this thread a bit: I have a 2022 T6.1 SWB T32. I am trying to decide on 225 BF Goodrich or 245. Anyone here who has gone with 225 and wishes they went with 245? Or vice versa? And why? Currently thinking of 225 to keep speedometer correct and keep insurance happy. Standard suspension.
