Big problem

It's worth checking all of those nuts on the cables in the box under the battery. The CAN system appears to be down. You could have a look at the gateway installation list and see what is ticked. Obviously don't make any changes until you have recorded what is there now. If something is ticked that you don't have or something is missing that you should have it can sometimes cause confusion to the system. It could be the result of a low battery.

Agreed now you've proven the fuses are fine you ideally want a multimeter with a mini/max function to see what the battery drops to when cranking.

We've found that transporters drop considerably when cranking and a weak battery will exaggerate this.

If you are happy power is getting through fuse 2 then check it is arriving at fuses SC1-15

If there's been a sudden change and the positive supply side looks ok might be worth seeing what's failing and if they have a common ground point.

We recently had a thread on a mystery collection of failures that was traced to a loose ground point under the dash, this could be similar?

Hi all battery is at 12.8 v and when started dropped down to 11.9 but then went back up to 12.8
Checked 1 to 15 fuse both sides and all showing 12.8v .

I think a wiring fault seems more likely than a BCM fault. You have VIP membership so you can access the wiring diagrams. Find common points of wiring between the modules reporting a failure, and don't forget the ground side.

Thank you everyone for your help and have found the fault it was the black plug on the bcm the clip was not pushed all the way down and as soon as I pushed it in all my stuff came back on .
Excellent news and a great relief for you, I'm sure!

Yes well happy I found it as did not want to take it to Vw to find the problem as it would of been expensive
