About 2 hours with greasing and lubing all the parts.

I took loads of photos on my phone to help.

Very nice! what colour is the powder coat? mine (a Fiamma), is at the powder coaters now being done in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey.

The VW rack is manufactured by Thule. Many of the parts are common with other Thule carriers so you maybe able to track something down that way.

I can't find the part anywhere though. I would try roofracks.co.uk. They keep spare parts for Thule but dont have the Thule WanderWay listed in the spares section but they do sell the complete unit. Thule WanderWay T6 Bike Carrier 911

Hi all.

I'm missing one of the end pieces off my VW bike rack, which I assume has fallen off or been pinched at some point.

I have spent 2 hours searching the interwebs (I'm not kidding) and so far haven't found anything.

Has anyone any spare ones I could purchase, or know of any spares? I've even considered giving it to a 3D printer to try and replicate.

Any advice welcome.

@MAT@VWT5UPGRADES may be able to help. They supplied my bike rack in black so they are at least used to dismantling them, maybe they have some bits leftover, I know I usually do whoever I take something apart
